But it is not laziness that makes gaining weight, too many jobs are forcing us to spend most of the day stuck in a chair, perhaps in a car, behind a desk perhaps standing all day long. In these cases, the nervous tension release the reserves of sugars in the body. With lack of movement these sugars are not burned but turned into fat, which in turn are accumulated in the adipose tissues. The lack of movement also worsen the bloodstream, producing heavy legs and easily providing water retention and cellulite.
